The most important part of this project was just how to get started. I just needed to plug the Beagle Bone into the USB port. It mounted like an external hard drive.
I found a Start html file in the mounted drive. The Start html contains the User Manual and Quick Start Guide.
Next, I connected the Beagle Bone to a router and connected to it over ssh.
The project then walked me through the steps for updating software, navigating Linux, and the creation files and folders.
There is a section on launching Nano and setting time and password.
Yes, I already new most of this stuff because I us Ubuntu but it is a real good exercise for beginners.
